The
Bindlestiff Family Cirkus completed its 30 city East coast
summer tour with an appearance here in Baltimore July 15,
'06. With a burlesque sideshow, sword-swallowing,
aerial acrobatics, fire eating and lots more of the bizarre,
the show offered a spectacle of outrageousness.
Keith Nelson and Stephanie Monseu, founders of the group,
presented one of the strongest line-up pf entertainers to
date.
Show opened with the stunning tight wire dancing of Ariele
Eracher. Her excellent performance set the tone for
the show to follow.
Nelson AKA Kinko the clown amazed with his duo diablo
spinning routine. Monsue AKA Philomena served as ring
mistress and she has never been better. Wow!
What a personality! The show really moved under her
direction.
Elizabeth
Gifford AKA Dizzy Lizzy amazed with her hoop gyrations and
trapeze gymnastics.
Adam Kuchler's comic hat juggling and cigar box
manipulation was a crowd pleaser as was his hilarious
squeezing his entire body into a shopping bag!
Philomena's precision bullwhipping was a skillful and
amusing presentation. Nelson AKA Mr. Pennygaff
returned with his sword swallowing and unique top spinng
act.
Monsue and Nelson closed the vaudeville revue with their
sensational and sensual fire eating act.
The entire production was backed by the live music of Raja
Azar.
