SOLD
This electric chair was built
for a show last year, and used for ONE
DAY. It measures 48" overall height, 22"
wide and 23" deep. It comes with the
necessary generator to perform the
classic "Electra the Electric Lady"
routine, where the lady lights torches
from her fingertips and an electric
lightbulb in her hand, or from various
parts of her body. The base-plate is a
little rusty, but it’s in otherwise
excellent condition.
Made of stained and
lightly-varnished fir, with leather
straps.
Included is the properly-made
torch. All you need to include this in
your show is some gasoline, a
fluorescent tube and your wife or
girlfriend. (NOTE: This was custom-made
to fit in a particular space…the
distance between armrests is 15 ¼").
I’d consider shipping it, but
the costs you’d incur could be high.
It’s available for pick up near
Northeast Philadelphia, or I’ll deliver
it personally for $.75/mile.
This is a harmless effect when
done properly. I don’t know of a single
incident where anyone has ever been
harmed performing this act, however, I,
as the seller, assume no responsibility.
If I am personally home when you pick it
up, I’d be happy to teach you the
routine if you don’t have one.
