What happen to JS and the Sideshow in Roswell New Mexico?

The Wild West Performers were visiting with us and 3 hours later they were surprised we were gone.  Not even a pop-corn sack left on the ground.

It was a weird situation from the start.  The Carnival put their "BUNK" house trailer in the Fire Lane so NO one could get to their house trailer's lined up the whole length of the line-up.

The Carnival Electrician would enter the Front of the Midway through a 4 foot hole between our end of the bannerline and a ride.  Every time he would drive through with his golf cart he would un-strap one of my signs than drive through.  Than the wind would blow and the "NEWLY" painted sign would fall face down on the gravel and than this guy would drive back over the sign with his golf cart on his way back through this hole at the front of the midway.

The first time this happen I went to the Show Manager and asked him to have a talk with his guy.  If he had to move one of my signs please strap it back so it won't blow down.

Well that talk didn't work.  It only made this guy madder that I went to the show Manager with this matter.  He un-stapled the sign again and on purpose dove over it again with his golf cart.  He also parked behind our car with his truck length wise so we couldn't get out with our car.  I pushed his truck out of our way to get the car out.  He went ballistic when
he saw his truck moved.

He went to the Carnival Owner and said he was going to call the police on me for moving his truck.  I told him he was a idiot.  That he had NO respect for ANYONE.  The carnival owner said that he was going to throw BOTH of us off the Midway.  I said I didn't do anything wrong and he didn't have the authority to throw me off the midway.  I told him I was booked with the suitcase showman.  We were BOTH guests of the 4 midway showman.  And if he wanted to throw me off the Midway for NO reason he would have to have the Suitcase Showman call me.  Boy that didn't go over to well.

He called Fair Security.  I told them the same thing.

He called his Son.  I told him the same thing.  Then the police came by.  I had the suitcase Showman on the phone when his phone went dead.  The police said I had three hours to tear down or they would arrest me.  I told them they had NO authority over THIS matter.  Then they handcuffed me.  They said that the Fair Manager wanted me off the Midway.  I had a choice tear down or go to jail.  I said yes sir I would tear down.

We tear down and we had 5 mins. to spare.

The suitcase Showman called and said it wasn't right.
He said don't worry about it, and I will see you in Houston in a few days.

So we stopped in Waco Texas for the first weekend of the Fair.  We are heading to Houston tonight.

Can't wait to get to Houston.  I love the "FUNKYARD" there.  Only place I can find Formaldehyde for the "PUNKS".  Also Mark Frierson is close by.  I always enjoy visiting "MARK"!
