Part 2

William’s Candy is next door to the
Nathan’s on Surf Avenue. According to
Takeshi Yamada, this is the best place
to enjoy candy apples, flavored popcorn
and colorful cotton candy – all Coney
Island classics! (August 12, 2007)

This popular take-out place is adjacent
to the William’s Candy store on Surf
Avenue. Clam has been the most popular,
cheap, fresh, and tasty food among all
the various peoples who have lived and
visited here for centuries before Coney
Island invented hot dogs and frozen
custard. (August 12, 2007)

Clams and oysters – the sign says it
all. (September 4, 2007)
The following series of photographs show
this casual restaurant in detail.

Hand-painted large signs by the above

appetite.

More hand-painted large signs designed
to make you hungry.
