New images of Dr. Bumstead's Celebrated Lenape
Liquid traveling medicine show. These are an
eight-plate ambrotype set representing an evening show by
gas light. The piece is titled, Free Show Tonight, a
series that gives the impression of individual frames from a
silent movie. Included are all eight plates and the
above image is called The Pitch.
Mark Osterman's
work is currently on tour at various museums and galleries,
after which he will be offering them for sale.
All Images are unique and
