trademark of FreakShow Deluxe, LLC (a California Company), and is the name
of the carnival-style sideshow troupe based only in Hollywood, CA.

Be aware a group of performers in Ohio has been fraudulantly billing
themselves as the "FreakShow Deluxe." They have been notified they are in
violation of this trademark.

Please note this group is NOT covered by any insurance policies, contracts
or in any business dealings of FreakShow Deluxe, LLC - nor does the
company accept any liability for their actions.
