You could wing it, or you can learn!

To put together a troupe for touring, you need to consider what you want your show to be. This means you need to think about the acts you want, and the people who will perform them. You need to know how you want the show to look. For the type of venue you propose, you need to know about sound and lights, whether you need to pay royalties for your music, what kind of set you want, and of course, props and costumes.

You need to have a realistic idea of what it takes to tour.

You need to know your potential venues, how to get them, and how to advertise your shows. You need a great publicity packet and video, to help talk promoters into hiring you. Because they won't hire you, if they don't think they'll make money from it.

You need to make enough money to pay the performers, and hopefully still make a profit. You need a good vehicle, with room for everything, to get from one venue to the next.

Training...I suspect you don't have the knowledge to train other people. I remember the last time you talked about training and secrets, and tried a stunt, because you read about it in a book. You're lucky to be alive. You're lucky you're not paralyzed in a wheelchair for the
rest of your life.

There are three ways to get the training you want.

One, is to find someone who tours the way you want to do, and talk them into taking you on, as an apprentice. It's not free. You must work for the knowledge.

The other two, are to go to either Todd at Coney Island, or to me, and take classes. Again, it's not free. You have to pay for the classes.

No matter how you look at it, you have to pay your dues. All of us do.

It doesn't stop. It doesn't matter what venues you want to play, or who you work with. Dues are never out, never over.
