BUT THERE ARE NO SNAKES IN "OKLAHOMA"

Shirley Jones, who plays the stellar role of Maury in the film version of the great musical "Oklahoma: is shown (Right) making friends wit Senorita Josephine and her serpents during her backstage visit to the Ringling Bros., Barnum & Bailey Circus in Madison Square Garden.

Miss Jones is currently rehearsing for the stage version of "Oklahoma: which will be presented in Paris, France.  As part of the "Salute to France" during June 1955.
