This is a one of a kind item by  Betty Broadbent , the famous tattooed lady.  She worked for J. Sam Houston in March 1956. 

It states: Received of Sam Houston $220.00 Two and twenty dollars   Payment in full for services upto and including this date  Joint payment two weeks engagement.
