Yoshimitsu Matsuzaki, son of a Japanese farmer, stands 7 feet 8 inches inches tall and weighs 225 pounds at the age of 22.  He finds the roof of a taxi an easy arm rest as he chats with the driver at the entrance of Tokyo University's hospital where he was a patient in an attempt to discover a way to stop growing
