On a Visit to
Chicago
They didn't make
doors for the likes of him. When Robert Wadlow, the Alton
Ill. Giant man and his father, H. F. Wadlow comes to Chicago, on
April 12, on private business Robert got his first look at the
big city room through a transom and he didn't need a step
ladder. Robert is 8 feet. 9 1/2 inches tall. His
Father is 5 feet 11 1/2.
