Sight Seeing Tour New York: 

 

Ted  Evans, 27-year-old circus giant from England, takes a day off to see the New York Sights.  He is nine feet. three inches tall and weighs 400 pounds.

Here Evans rubbernecks with the other tourists in the group as guide Louis Goldberg points out an interesting spot from atop the roof of the Empire State Building.
